Development and Coaching

Under the Criminal Records Review Act, all people who work with or may possibly have unsupervised access to vulnerable adults or children are required to undergo a criminal record check by the CRRP (Criminal Records Review Program) This includes all team staff: coaches, managers and Safety Trainers.

ALL bench staff must complete the Respect In Sports for Activity Leaders course found online HERE and CATT found HERE

Recreational Teams	Requirements
U6, U7, U8, U9	HU - ONLINE Coach 1 / Coach 2, Coach 1 Intro to Coach, RIS, and CATT
U11	HU - ONLINE Coach 1 / Coach 2, Coach 2 Coach Level, RIS, and CATT *Head Coach must also have HU - ONLINE Checking
U13	HU - ONLINE Coach 1 / Coach 2, Coach 2 Coach Level, RIS, and CATT *Head Coach must also have HU - ONLINE Checking
U15	HU - ONLINE Coach 1 / Coach 2, Coach 2 Coach Level, RIS, and CATT *Head Coach must also have HU - ONLINE Checking
U18	HU - ONLINE Coach 1 / Coach 2, Coach 2 Coach Level, RIS, and CATT *Head Coach must also have HU - ONLINE Checking

Competitive Teams
U11 Development	Hybrid or Coach Stream, Respect in Sports
U13	Development 1, Head Coaches must also have Checking Skills and MED
U15	Development 1, Head Coaches must also have Checking Skills and MED
U18	Development 1, Head Coaches must also have Checking Skills and MED
